Residential building Nissenstrasse 27

The small–sized residential building Nissenstrasse 27 is located in a quiet, turfed residential area in the Kiel district Ellerbek. With the modernization in the year 2006 the building was adapted to the up-to-date requirements with four accommodation units.
The conventional style of the house was kept throughout. The steep brick muted saddle roof, the low roof overhangs and the brick-lined claddings are characteristic for the built environment. These formal specifications were implemented consistently at the modernisation.
